**The Client**
Our Client are one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager for their project in Wolverhampton.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring their Zero Carbon, Renewable Energy project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the agreed scope and specification. You will take responsibility for the overview of theday-to-day running and smooth operations of all sites and site labour. You will be the point of contact and oversee all communication between the Client and the company, strictly adhering to the Health & Safety Policy and protocols.

**Duties**
Attend Client meetings
Manage contracts from implementation to practical completion
Understand and define project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure the project is delivered within budget and program
Oversee all Site Managers/Supervisors, taking responsibility of scope of works
Complete management of direct labour and sub-contractors
Maintain good working relationships with clients and site operatives
Ensure all projects are ran within current legislation, to specification and compliance
Ensure site Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
Managing multiple contracts across the region
Ensure projects have continual material supplies and the correct levels of labour/sub-contract labour to be able to perform within budget and program
Ensuring all method statements and risk assessments are completed and filed
Ensuring budgets and programs are met in line with original quotations

**Qualifications & Experience**
Must possess CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness
- **Must have**_Project Managed internal and external domestic Social Housing refurbishment projects
Must have experience in Zero Carbon Energy works
Must be able to work on own initiative and make decisions
Must have good organisational skills / able to manage own workload
Must be confident in Managing site teams and creating programme of works from start to finish
