**Food & Beverage Supervisor**
**Full-time | £26,507.98 per year | Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham**

We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to oversee the daily food and beverage service to our service users. This is a full-time role suited to someone who leads by example, has strong team coordination skills, and brings professionalism and compassion to a purpose-driven environment.

Working closely with the F&B Manager and operational team, you’ll supervise meal service across the hotel, ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance, and support a respectful and well-organised atmosphere.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Overseeing the smooth delivery of food and beverage services throughout the hotel
- Supervising and supporting the F&B team in the manager’s absence
- Maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and food safety compliance at all times
- Assisting in training and developing team members to uphold service standards
- Ensuring a calm, respectful, and professional meal environment
- Coordinating with the kitchen and wider hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitoring allergen, health & safety, and hygiene protocols
- Participating in staff rotas, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Additional Responsibilities (as required)**:
You may be asked to take on certain **Duty Manager responsibilities**, including:

- Overseeing the daily running of the hotel in the absence of senior managers
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests/service users and resolving issues promptly
- Taking responsibility for the **safety and security** of guests, staff, and the premises

**What You Need**:

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Calm and professional under pressure, with a respectful and guest-focused attitude
- Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen compliance
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage service in a structured setting
- Right to work in the UK
