Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all client interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintaining organised records of client interactions via our CRM.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales role or relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficient time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT products or services is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A drive for achieving results and a passion for sales are essential attributes for success in this role.

Please note annual pay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. We're a growing business and as we scale there are lots of opportunities to grow with us, we also have a generous performance based bonus scheme.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
