**Job Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
- Support bartending staff when required, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player mentality with the ability to help colleagues as needed.
- Basic bartending skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Physical Setting:

- Pub
- Restaurant

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worcester Park KT4 8DR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
