Counter Assistant

**Job Title**:Counter Assistant

**Location**:Tooting

**Main Purpose**:To deliver high standards of customer service, promote the SKVP brand & products, maximise sales whilst maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety

**Reports To**:Team Leader

**Responsible For**:Trainees as required by the demands of the business

**Operations**:

- Carry out opening tasks to prepare the outlet for service to facilitate opening of the outlet at the stated opening time
- Complete cleaning tasks to maintain the premises and equipment in a hygienic and safe condition
- Maintain accurate, legible records and other administrative tasks as required by the business
- To ensure that the checking and recording of food temperatures are completed in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations
- To help in the production of food and beverages, ensuring they are presented to the standard set by SKVP
- Ensure stock rotation is completed in full and that all displays of SKVP products are professional and in line with company standards and as issued in accordance with planograms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
