I am recruiting for Learning Support Mentor to join a cosy, close knit school based in Newbury, West Berkshire.

The entire school has a total of 12 students. There is a lot of 1:1 time with the students and you will be a mentor to the young people, so you must be a positive role model.

The students in this school all have complex learning needs and autism, therefore a level of patience and passion for young learners is important and a key factor to have.

As a person, you will need to be:

- A positive role model
- Resilient
- Open minded
- Caring
- Have a passion for helping others.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
