**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual players and teams.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all activities are engaging and educational.
- Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and skills.
- Start up leagues for players.
- Monitor the progress of players, setting goals and assessing their development throughout the season.
- Foster a supportive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and respect among participants.
- Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring all logístical aspects are managed effectively.
- Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of various training techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of educating athletes in both individual and group settings.
- Strong leadership abilities, fostering motivation and teamwork within the group.
- Ability to assess individual strengths and weaknesses to tailor coaching strategies effectively.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting physical fitness and well-being.
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules, events, and athlete development plans.

Pay: £25,876.00-£35,000.00 per year
