**6 month Fixed Term Contract.**

**Salary** is £19,467.00

You will support the management function across Contact Centre and Roadside Operations to assist in ensuring we have the correct resourcing provision at all times and that all resourcing related administration is carried out accurately, consistently and in a timely manner along with set administration tasks and maintenance of records and reports.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Deliver robust resourcing administration support including processing of temp resource, new starter set up / leaver processing, CCIDB and PIDB update, Agresso PO processing and absence, holiday and sickness processing for all non-annual roster’s colleagues
- Provide Roadside scheduling support, working closely with the Tactical Resourcing Manager to ensure these activities are optimised to ensure planners can focus on short term planning.
- Working with the Analyst Team to ensure attendance tracking reporting by individual is set up to support Adherence and Operational Management to ensure robust management of Short and Long Term sickness.
- Provide operational support and knowledge in the processing of variable pay queries that come via the HR Support Team or via Roadside & Contact Centre Management
- Working with CSC, NRC, HR, Supply Chain and DM&A ensure all pay queries and exceptions reporting is processed in a timely manner
- Responsible for the resolution of day to pay issues being a point of contact for HR queries they are unable to answer
- Provide an audit trail for all manual payment requests, owning the current practice within NRC
- Support the enhancement of positive working relationships such that colleagues have confidence in the processing of pay queries that fall outside of the automated pay process
- Responsible for ensuring all month end pay roll is completed and submitted to HR by pay roll cut off dates. Including, flexi hours, unpaid hours, shift move payments and bonus payments.
- Where on the day flexi is agreed with colleagues ensure this is updated on Rotageek
- Manage the exceptions report ensuring that any exceptions/downtime is recorded onto Rotageek
- Responsible for managing the administration of any colleague absence, working with HR on ensuring App data is accurate.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed for any colleague moves including leavers
- Ensure all temporary staff are paid in line with contracts by submitting weekly temp hours to relevant agency
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels of stationary, uniform, headsets and DSE equipment and processing any orders when required
- When required complete goods receipt for purchase ID’s
- Achieve all objectives set in coaching, quarterly reviews, or feedback sessions to improve performance, knowledge and skills
