With a strong commitment to effectiveness, we are seeking a skilled creative director to join our integrated Creative, Concepting & Media team. After some brilliant new client wins, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a number of a world-famous household brands, leading our digital creative proposition and powering out creative output with market-leading data-science insights, effectiveness and rigorous digital-first thinking.

Role Snapshot
What your day to day will look like
- Lead the development and execution of digital creative strategies that align with client objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with clients, client services, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, identify opportunities, and develop innovative digital solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
- Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to the creative and activation teams, inspiring them to push the boundaries of creativity and deliver exceptional work.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, and social media platforms, and leverage this knowledge to inform and enhance digital creative strategies and campaigns.
- Be enthusiastic about the potential of new technologies and data to drive creative excellence and contribute ideas for how to leverage them.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital campaigns and activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure seamless execution and integration of digital creative solutions.
- Work with activation teams to monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and use insights to optimise creative content and strategies for maximum impact and success vs client objectives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the creative and activation teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, design, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digital creative work and strategic thinking.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, and ECRM.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries and explore new ideas and concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimise campaign performance.
