Cover Supervisor

MILK Education are currently working with a Secondary School in Epworth who are seeking to appoint a classroom Cover Supervisors from the Autumn term. The role are full time and there is also an option for a permanent contract

Bookings can be flexible to fit around your other commitments but you must have a minimum of three days availability in any given week in order to apply. Pay rates start at £80 - £100 per day

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Covering lessons for a class teacher who are absent due to sickness, training or meetings
- Positive classroom management, building rapport and a good working relationship with students and staff alike
- Being adaptable to students needs by providing 1 to 1 and small group assistance where required
- Working with other staff members to meet the schools expectations of learning and development

**In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria**:

- Must have a good educational background including GCSE
- Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK Secondary school setting
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
