PurposeTo overhaul aircraft interior components.

Main Activities
The refurbishment of Aircraft Interior components.
*The refurbishment, repair, modification of aircraft Interior components, to plan.
*Ensure Product Quality is constantly sustained, in line with client standards and customer requirements
*Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, Airworthiness, Quality and client procedures.
Personal profile & behaviours.
*Training of other production colleagues as required.
*Ensure training book is kept up to date.
*Continually improve personal standards of workmanship.
*Seek ways of improving the production process to achieve the work area and Company goals.
*Demonstrate a professional work approach to colleagues, visitors and peers.
*Maintenance and correct use of Operational IT systems.
*Maintenance and correct use of Operational documentation.
*The husbandry and safe use of the workshop.
*Carry out other duties within their competencies as required by the Line Leader
DESIRABLE
Relevant component approvals.
Mechanical qualification to GCSE or equivalent.
Numerical - to GCSE or equivalent.
Literacy - to GCSE or equivalent.
