We’re looking for a Leader for the UK Prime Brokerage (PB) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Margin teams to:
- Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
- execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
- understand the risks associated with your business and function.

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Global Collateral & Margin Management team in London, which covers PB, ETD, Stock Borrow Loan (SBL), Repo and Over The Counter (OTC) derivatives. The role of the team is to reduce credit risk to UBS, working with our clients and stakeholders to move collateral in the most optimal way. You will be:
- leading a team which margins clients in Prime Brokerage (PB) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and provides risk services for internal stakeholders
- leading a team of individuals in the UK and India, and also working closely with our global teams
- working with clients to understand their needs and provide best services to them
- working with internal stakeholders in the Financing and Execution & Platform businesses, including Risk teams, the Client Hub, IT, COOs and sales teams
- partnering with automation teams to enable and drive digital transformation

**Your expertise**
- held similar collateral management role
- have detailed expertise in collateral management, ideally in PB and ETD margin
- have expertise in Uncleared Margin Rules and Regulatory Initial Margin
- passionate about developing people and leading diverse teams in multiple locations
- ability to work across multiple teams, with a history of finding the right balance of risk management and client service
- ability to articulate service requirements and experience in working with business and IT teams in implementing solutions
- experience of driving higher levels of automation through multiple digital automation tools
