**Opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Finance Assistant to join our Engineering Solutions Team in Rugby. You will be assisting the Head of Commercial and Head of Accounts to carry out commercial & financial duties in conjunction with other team members and provide effective financial and contractual control on all contracts allocated.

**Requirements**:

- Awareness of construction methods, technology, standard forms of measurement and forms of contract, and health and safety requirements is preferred
- Computer literate in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- High standards of written communication, verbal, numerical and inductive (ability to deal with ambiguous data) reasoning
- Skilled in analysis and problem solving
- Keen on embracing change
- Collaborative, and keen to share information, knowledge and skills
- A strong focus on internal and external customers
- Be able to identify the goals of any project and work steadily towards them
- Able to take a structured and methodical approach to any task, identifying priorities and setting deadlines

Morgan Sindall Engineering Solutions (MSES) is an engineering consultancy within Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, we specialise in providing; multi-sector temporary works design, underground permanent works design (tunnels & shafts), expertise across digital, material and geotechnical engineering and design management services. We have five offices across the UK; Rugby, Stafford, Salford, London and Motherwell. We currently work across a number of sectors including; Highways, Nuclear, Energy, Water, Aviation and Rail & Electrification.
