In this role you will utilise all of your expertise in providing a standard administration function which will ensure the smooth running of the service. You will To undertake general administrative and reception support across all team and any other duties considered reasonable and connected with the post.
We are looking for a full-time administrator (working 37.5 hours per week) for the Thurrock Health Centre team.
You will provide cross-coverage and administrative support for inclusion services and the Recovery College.
You will be r esponsible for providing high quality administrative support to the multi-disciplinary psychological therapies team including room bookings, responding to staff sickness alerts and batch distribution of patient correspondence.
You will liaise with Senior Administrators to organise your own workload to meet priority needs and reduce risks to service quality and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.

Entering data accurately on various systems and service procedures
Receive, distribute and despatch mail, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Carry out general office duties as appropriate, using equipment as provided.
Assist in receiving visitors and making appointments where necessary.
