My client are an multi-disciplined building services design consultancy and are looking to take on an Senior to Associate level Sustainability Engineer to join their growing company in Milton Keynes.
**The Senior Sustainability Engineer will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Member of an relevant professional institute
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency working with AutoCAD
- Experience in using Dynamic Thermal Modelling Software
- A keen interest in how Building services and sustainability work
- Ability to work and support the team when needed and coordinate with others

**The Senior Sustainability Engineer role will involve**:

- Producing planning reports, presentations & heating, and cooling load calculations
- Understanding & working with UK legislations, British standards, and codes of practice
- Understand thermal comfort & overheating modelling (BREEAM, TM52 & TM59)
- Complying with MBA internal quality assurance procedures
- Attending/organising meetings with Architects, Developers & the wider design team
- Assisting with/representing the company at meetings and site visits
