**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Packing and labelling stillages for despatch.
- Picking and preparing components for production lines.
- Assist in stock control and inventory.
- Perform basic maths calculations for inventory counts.
- Assist production lines when needed.
- Perform reasonable tasks in a timely manner, as requested by Senior staff.
- Support warehouse management by maintaining an organised workspace and adhering to safety protocols.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and retrieval methods are followed.

**Qualifications**
- Forklift experience required.
- Have good communication and numerical skills.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
