Patient and Service User Transport Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patient to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
**Experience**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Age - above 23 years old (as per the requirements of car insurance policy)
- Proven experience as a transport driver or similar role
- Knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including trucks and vans
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
Work Location: On the road
