**Technology Risk & Cyber Security Oversight - Investment Banking - City of London - £95,000 - £110,000 + fantastic benefits**
**Overview**:
A leading tier 1 investment bank are currently recruiting for a Technology Risk & Cyber Security Oversight Vice President to assist on the development of their second line of defence (2LOD) capabilities to manage technology risk, information security and cyberrisks across London & EMEA.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide robust challenge to the First Line of Defence as they identify, assess, manage and report their risks and issues through various tools and activities including risk and control assessments, key indicators, issue and incident management, and controlassurance.
- Participate actively in the delivery of changes, enhancements and projects in conjunction with the technology and resilience teams.
- Assist with the continuous embedding of the Operational Risk framework within Technology.
- Remain up to date with regulatory changes; ensure that changes are well understood and plans are developed for implementation as appropriate.
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge and experience of Technology, Information Security and Cyber risk management.
- Solid technical and functional knowledge of the external regulations, policies and developments for Technology, Information Security and Cyber Risk.
- Good knowledge of banking products.
**Package**:

- £95,000 - £110,000
- 20% bonus
