My client is a London based retailer which provides great opportunities for development and progression.
Due to expansion and investment across the distribution side of the business, they are looking to recruit a Deputy Warehouse Manager to join a hard-working, successful operation in the Wembley area.
**The Deputy Warehouse Manager** will be responsible for: -- Driving through improvements onsite including team performance, KPI deliverables and stock/inventory processes.
- All receipt of inbound stock and vehicles ensuring they are processed correctly.
- Maintaining a safe and stable working environment and keeping up to date with latest policy changes.
- Key interface between your department and the distribution team. - Looking to simplify and change processes to fit with the business goals via continuous improvement and lean methods.
- Detail orientated with a great deal of budgetary nous and expertise.
- Ambitious and driven with a proven track record of success. - Operationally astute and heavily experienced across big site and retail environments.
- An effective communicator able to manage key stakeholders within the business and build an effective, collaborative team.
- A will and desire to learn and improve. This would be a great opportunity for a high achieving shift manager to step up into a senior level position.
