Brozen Bar is looking for a new member to add to our friendly and experienced team.

We are a small company, specialising in creating frozen cocktails using liquid nitrogen. We are always striving to provide excellent customer service and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What the job will involve:

- Providing fast, efficient and friendly service to ensure smooth running of the bar and an excellent customer experience.
- Conducting weekly stocktakes.
- Creating new menu items based around key ingredients.
- Managing customer enquiries (both digital and in-person) in a prompt and polite manner.
- Leading customer tasting experiences and other events as required.
- Ensuring high cleaning and hygiene standards for the bar.
- Using POS software to take payments and end-of-day cash up.

You will need:

- 2 years hospitality experience and service.
- Bar and cocktail experience.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- A good level of digital proficiency.
- An approachable and friendly attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
