Sales Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Sales and Admin Assistant to join a growing container sales division for our client based in Southampton.
They are recognised as one of Britain's leading container suppliers, the company has over 20 locations nationwide and is a growing business with a Loyal customer base across a number of sectors

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- General day to day administrative duties
- Assist with inbound and outbound enquiries
- Raise order acknowledgments, proforma invoices, and take payments
- Raising sales invoices and assist business administrator with monthly invoice run.
- Data input and Stock control
- Arrange and co-ordinate stock deliveries via road and rail. Liaising with inhouse and third-party hauliers.
- Identify customer requirements and send quotations and liaising with customers
- Assist with stock purchasing
- Responding in a timely and accurate manner to enquiries
- Processing orders and arranging logistics of deliveries
- General Sales Administration
- Providing assistance to the Conversions Manager
- 2D AutoCAD Sales designs from our existing templates
- Materials ordering
- Quotations/Estimates
- Creating works order packs for the production team
- Liaising with Marketing team to supply content pictures & back ground information for social media posts.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail when working with data and figures.
**Salary**:
- £25,000 depending on experience
**Job Types**:
- Full-time (40 hours per week), Permanent
