**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out pre-employment driving assessments
- Carry out inductions of agency drivers and new employees
- Provide additional training for drivers when required
- Provide support with accident investigation and reassessment/ retraining of drivers
- Review results from driver telematics and work with the drivers to deliver improvements
- Support the Management team with development and review of Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
- to work closely within a small team to achieve and maintain a high level of service to all our customers.

All you need is:

- Full HGV Class 1 Licence
- Valid DIGI Card
- Valid CPC Card
- Good English verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
