NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established firm of independent financial planners who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their growing team.

- **21 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing in time to 25 days**

Providing ongoing support to a small team of Financial Advisers this role will include:

- Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
- Sending LOA information requests and logging these on the back-office system
- Preparing meeting packs
- Obtaining valuations and illustrations
- General office administration

What we need from you?
- Previous experience working in a similar role within financial services is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly and personable
- Strong computer skills and those with Intelligent office experience would be of most interest

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
