Hilliers' are looking to expand our services which includes the introduction of some exciting new projects. We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as an intern and in doing so help to develop and launch a new business.

We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in sales and marketing to join us and make an impact, while you build your experience.

**What does this involve?** From market research to creating marketing material and enhancing customer experience, you’ll help make us stand out in the crowd. You will also use your lateral thinking skills to analyse activity and make recommendations for improvements or introduce new methods for us. Your role will be to assist in various tasks such as:

- E-Commerce
- IT systems and processes
- Developing Social Media, online and offline marketing channels
- Market Research
- Assisting in developing growth and sales strategy

**Who will this position suit?**

The internship is for a 6-12 month period. The successful intern will:

- Be energetic and positive
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be very organized and have excellent attention to detail and work to tight deadlines
- Be comfortable talking and pitching to a range of people
- Be accustomed to having an independent workload
- Work fast in a fast-paced environment
- Have a keen interest and knowledge of marketing, including various social media platforms
- Have design skills and the ability to create graphics and documents.

Your office hours are 09.00-17.30. We are based in North West London.

As an intern you will work closely with the decision makers who will support you each step of the way. This is also an opportunity for you to plan your own learning and we will help you achieve this too.

**Salary**: From £13,027.25 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
