Office Administrator

ASK Plastics Ltd Manufacturers of Polythene are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a family run company based in Southampton. This is a full time, permanent position.
Your main duty will require you to manage all office duties, these duties will include:
- Day to day running of the office.
- Main point of contact for site managers and suppliers.
- HR Duties: Maintaining employment records
- Completing stock checks for the office and ordering supplies needed.
- Assisting all members of management with any administration needed.
- Working with the general manager to ensure health and safety is maintained, incl. testing of fire alarm weekly.
- Ensuring communication between staff is ongoing and effective
- Assisting with other Job roles to cover sickness + Holidays incl. credit control and Logistics.
- ISO Quality System Up keep with elements of health and safety (supervised by General Manager)
- Other duties which will assist the office and its operations.
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
