**Location**: Westfield School, Sheffield

**Business Unit**: Facilities Management - Sheffield Schools

**Contract & hours**: Permanent, part time - 15 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 6.00pm

**Package**:£9.50 per hours + great benefits package including discount schemes

Kier Places are recruiting now for a **Cleaner **to join us at Westfield School, which forms part of our Sheffield Schools contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Cleaner** in this role, you will be required to fulfil cleaning duties within the school building environment, making sure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained at all times. This will range from surfaces, floor areas, wastage disposal and bathrooms. You’ll work in line to COSHH regulations and maintaining high personal hygiene levels. You’ll also ensure any pest issues are reported directly to a supervisor or other senior staff member immediately.

**What are we looking for?**

To get the most out of this role, you should have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office or commercial building, with a solid understanding of the health and safety at work legislation, in particular, operating the highest cleaning standards and operating safely at work. You’ll be able to prioritise the high-risk areas of cleaning and coordinate tasks accordingly.
