**Contract**: 22.5 hours (Mon-Fri), permanent

Adferiad Recovery is looking for a keen and organised Administrator to provide full administrative support for Carmarthenshire Carers Information Service. The role will be developing and maintaining effective administrative processes and systems to provide general day-to-day support to the service.

As an **Administrator**, you will be responsible for the overall administration of the office. You will be responsible for:

- Carry out all administration tasks as requested by Service Manager.
- Sort, process and log internal and external mail.
- Carry out general reception and administration tasks to include photocopying, scanning, filing, typing and data entry.
- Ensure all databases and spreadsheets are maintained accurately.
- Manage work equipment and archive storage.
- Order of office supplies and stationery.
- Send out information packs and other requested information.
- Organise gazette and distribution.
- Signpost to Delta Wellbeing for Carers Recognition Cards and Carers Emergency Card Scheme.
- Inputting details onto referral database and issuing the referrals to Outreach.
- Support Outreach in Carers drop-in centre help and referring emergency Carers assessments to CCC.
- Liaise closely with colleagues, statutory services and other third sector organisations.
- Organise events (i.e. Carers Week, Carers Rights Day).
- Attend team meetings as directed.
- Attend training courses and meetings as required by Service Manager.

As an **Administrator**, you must be able to hold GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent.

Experience of working within a busy administrative and/or support team is essential.

Additional information:
This is a part-time position. The average work week is Monday through Friday between 9am - 5m with no weekend work required.
