We are supporting a leading, family owned national provider, who are rated one of the Top 20 car providers by carehome.co.uk on their search for a Home Care Registered Manager for their service in Diss Norfolk.

Trusted care in the comfort of an individual's home to allow them to stay living there independently is incredibly important, not only to the person themselves but their family's too. To be able to offer hourly care, and continually grow the business to includelive in care is essential for business but more so for individuals within the local area
- We are looking for an experienced Home Care/Registered/Branch Manager who is able to develop, lead and grow the business moving forward.
- A team player, who can be part of a team, contributing to the smooth running of the branch, ensuring at all times that your team are representing the organisation in a professional and caring manner.
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential
- Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
- Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
- Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Full UK driving licence/car owner

**Duties will also include**
- Being responsible for the day to day running of the branch
- Continue to support and build a larger customer base
- Ensure that high quality staff are retained by effective team working and that and that there is a great environment to work within.
- Maintaining CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
- Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice.
- Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI's as required
