Are you an HR Advisor looking for your next step in HR?

This is the ideal opportunity for an HR generalist looking for that next step into a People Business Partner role. You will provide high-quality first line HR support and be able to develop your role as the department transforms into a partnering model.

You’ll be supported by confident HR leaders who have a clear view of how they want the team to succeed, and they are looking to bring an HR professional into the team who is ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 accredited, or someone with the equivalent practical experience.You’ll be adept in building relationships to help effect positive change and be comfortable working across the broad spectrum of HR - from employment law to wellbeing initiatives.
