**About The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated, and organised individual to aid the Charity’s mission of enabling local older people to remain independent and enjoy life. This role will supervise the Charity’s Dementia services including the Cognitive Stimulation Therapy project, and the Wellbeing services of the organisation ensuring local older people’s wellbeing needs are met through a number of online and face-to-face led sessions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To reach the Charity’s goal of aiding as many older people as we can, you will need to liaise with outside agencies, clients, and their circles of support.
- You will be the point of contact for all staff and volunteers under your supervision. Day-to-day management of staff will include; approving annual leave requests, regular supervisions and return to-work interviews. HR support and guidance will be given to ensure best practice is upheld. All policies and procedures shall be maintained.
- Promote and uphold the values of the organisation; customer and client focussed, honest, trustworthy, professional, and supportive.
- To coordinate a themed programme of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and well-being services, including social groups, exercise classes and support groups and oversee the booking system/ procedures for all groups and courses
- Responsible for coordinating replacement cover resulting from facilitator/ Group Leader absence, and to deliver activities and classes through online platforms and face-to-face as required to provide cover.
- Manage venue bookings, including sourcing new venues and performing risk assessments as necessary.
- Reporting KPI data to appropriate service leads as needed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Promote our Well-being and CST service.
- Process referrals into services, this includes Carrying out new client assessments and recording all data in the relevant repository.
- To liaise with facilitators and group leaders in relation to service delivery, support staff members with their session plans and deliver training to the team, where necessary.
- Ensure the required standard of monitoring of the service provision with clients (QOL-AD) is undertaken as scheduled for each Cognitive Stimulation Therapy client.
- Working alongside the Project coordinator to collate and submit data for KPI reporting.
- Complete appropriate assessment of the need for clients accessing Age UK NSWD services, such as Eligibility criteria, PAR-Q Questionnaires etc.
- Work with the Finance team to raise invoices or supply payment information.
- Undertake and submit appropriate risk assessments
- Oversee the safety of sessions and ensure health and safety is maintained and issues reported.
- Keep up-to-date client records, to maintain and monitor record keeping.
- Monitor, record, and report on the progress of the clients and the overall service, maintaining regular registers or attendance.
- Identify equipment needs and resources
- To support the growth and development of our Wellbeing services to support tackling loneliness and isolation in communities.
- To undertake relevant training as required by the organisation and agreed with your line manager.
- To be an Ambassador for the Charity, positively promoting the organisation and its services at all times

**Essential Criteria**:
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of an organisation, and experience of team management
- A Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel. Ability to learn other IT systems as required
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Understanding of the working of Local Authorities, Primary Care Networks and the Clinical Commissioning Group and Integrated Care System
- Understanding of GDPR
- Experience working in a care environment
- Experience working with older people
