**Client Details**

The client is looking for an energetic accounts payable supervisor to lead and mentor a team. You will have worked within accounts payable for a minimum of 5 years.

**Description**

? Leading day-to-day an accounts payable team

? Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and credit notes

? Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Intercompany supplier invoices and credit notes and performing of monthly reconciliation

? Processing supplier invoices (as needed)
? Supplier queries resolved promptly and statements agreed

? Generating payment proposals and payment origination

? Employee expenses management

? Credit card management and reconciliations

? Escalated payments

? Treasury Payments in coordination with Treasury department

? Input to the Cash Forecast

? Working on implementation of SOX procedures
? Supporting the continued roll out of Robotic Processing Automation (project well advanced)

? Supporting the alignment of the UK processes and policies with the German Shared Service Centre

? Intercompany settlements with non-UK entities, including working with colleagues overseas to agree intercompany positions

? Improving balance sheet reconciliations for creditors, prepayments and accruals

**Profile**

? Minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable supervisory experience

? International business experience

? Excellent communication skills with an empathetic engagement style

? Good MS Excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables)

**Job Offer**
- Salary up to 40k depending on experience
- 9 month FTC
- Hybrid working
