Working with us as a paid fundraiser you will have the opportunity to help save and change people’s lives whilst at the same time changing yours

**Who we are?**
LTE is a leader in the marketing and sales industry. We represent a number of charity organisations across the UK.

**What you can expect from us?**
We provide you with all the tools you need to ensure your success. Plus teach skills you never knew you had as a individual or manager.
- **Uncapped earnings** opportunity
- **Competitive basic starting salary of £20,200 - 25,000 with OTE of £50k +**:

- Weekly incentives
- Quarterly bonuses
- Full ongoing training,
- Uniform and iPad to capture and monitor your sales.
- Referral bonus (Get paid a residual income for introducing new fundraisers)
**The Role**
You will be speaking with people in your local area encouraging donors to sign up to regular giving donations.

Previous charity fundraising experience isn’t necessary.

A proven record in Direct Face to Face sales would be good.

**However, if you like talking, have a caring nature and want to gain experience in the charity sector then please get in touch to discuss your next big opportunity.**

If you are currently a Team Leader or Manager with an existing team and contacts, we would also love to hear from you.

**Salary**: £20,200.00-£50,000.00 per year
