As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to measure / cut parts to provided cutting lists.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the factory as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Previous factory experience is essential for this role.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.
