Cafe Server

The Grain Store Café, Restaurant & Bar is set in the grounds of historic Doddington Hall, where heritage meets contemporary in the Lincolnshire countryside.

**We are looking for experienced waiting staff to join our team on weekends. If you have a passion for customer service, a friendly demeanor and enjoy working in a dynamic environment then we would love to hear from you**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained impeccably, including cleaning and resetting between customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate the till and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.

**Skills & Experience**
- Hospitality experience, including waiting tables
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanor

**Essential Requirements**
- Applicants must be 18 years+
- Availability to work weekends plus flexibility in the week and holidays
