Internal Communication Specialist

Capgemini global Insights & Data business line requires an experienced **Internal Communications Specialist **who will be involved in all aspects of employee-focused communications, primarily storytelling by smart copy writing for the Insights & Data GBL (I&D). You will report to the People Communications Leader and will be part of the Global I&D M&C team.

This a permanent role that could be based either in the UK or India, where travel could be expected when safe to do so.

**Your Role**:

- Deliver engaging, high-quality copy and other relevant formats through an engaging and inspiring storytelling approach - relevant to the target audience.
- Actively contribute into the internal communications strategy, plan and calendar supporting the business priorities of I&D, ensuring maximized information flow and engagement
- Implement an “Hypermedia-First” principle across all internal GBL communication to maximize interest and engagement across target audiences and platforms (e.g., videos, infographics, podcasts, live-events).
- Design, build and run internal campaigns - seamlessly working with I&D Marketing and in close collaboration with I&D Leadership, HR, and Portfolio.
- Support the planning, running and evaluation of global internal events (e.g., webinars, live webcasts, Yam Jams)
- Be the webmaster for I&D Talent hub and relevant internal channels to keep them updated with latest news & information
- Master and leverage all Group Communications tools, including social media tools with a proactive, innovative approach to test new ways of working.

**Your Profile**:

- Very high standards of both spoken and written American English
- Experiences in global internal communication across regions and in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong skills and hands-on experiences in hypermedia (digital) communication strategy and execution
- Strong project management and networking skills
- Marketing & Communication skills, trends, and technologies
- Education = Degree/Diploma in marketing, journalism, media studies or a related discipline
