Marketing Apprentice

Due to the success of the company and the growth we are experiencing, we are looking to increase our marketing efforts and delivery through hiring a marketing apprentice.

You will be working as part of fast paced, diverse, vibrant, and established teams who promote a collaborative, supportive and fun environment to work in.

You will embark upon a Level 3 qualification through Cambridge Marketing College accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

You will be fully supported in attaining this and will have a mentor at Armstrong Craven who will provide advice and guidance throughout the process.

**The Role**

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

- Take ownership for our CRM, responsible for cleansing the data and ensuring all contacts are correctly coded and working with the Salesforce administrator to fully understand Pardot and its capabilities
- Work with the Marketing Executive to execute marketing campaigns across social media ensuring that all marketing activities across the company are aligned to the brand and strategic plan
- Research, plan and implement effective marketing communication campaigns to support the brand
- Work with the Marketing Executive on the continued development of the AC website
- To support the growth of the company’s use of social media by contributing to growth of followers, likes and general engagement

- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate with accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn new processes efficiently and effectively
