**Class 1 Tramper Driver**

**The position of Class 1 Tramper Driver involves**:

- Collecting and delivering customers products delivering loads throughout the UK.
- Using a handheld PDA to complete paperwork.
- Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.
- This will include nights away.
- Attending regular training sessions.

**Essential skills required for Class 1 Tramper Driver**:

- Must have a UK Class 1 (CE) Driving Licence.
- Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Working to deadlines.
- Confident, polite and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
