**The Opportunity**

Finatal are partnering with a high growth and highly acquisitive Private Equity backed International Education business with 80+ entities across the globe. The business has won multiple high-profile awards for their programmes and delivery and are on a clearpath towards an exit/sale. Working with some of the industry leaders and within an experienced and commercial driven controls team, this is an opportunity for someone fresh from practice or with 1-2 years experience within group reporting/consolidations totake their career to the next level.

As a Group Consolidations Accountant, you’ll be a key player in their established controls team. The business is looking to me 10-20 acquisitions each year for the next 1-2 years on this exit path. The business need someone with exposure (either in practiceor industry) within group reporting/consolidations to build the team.

**The Role**

As the Group Consolidations Accountant, you will focus on:

- Playing a key part in the controls team
- Leading and being supported on the group consolidations, IFRS and reporting
- Supporting a highly acquisitive team alongside an FP&A team in delivering commercially
- Provide clarity, structure and professionalisation of their accountancy & consolidations across the group
- Work with senior finance professionals in the continues drive for excellent growth and results

**The Requirements**

You’ll be driven and excited by contributing to a high growth, fast paced tech environment and will need:

- Professional finance qualification**:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA** or equivalent
- Strong technical accounting background in audit, consolidations, IFRS and reporting
- Have exposure to head office/group accounting across multiple entities/sites
- Advantageous - large organisations exposure, private equity & high growth
- A driven and detail driven mindset where you will not settle for anything less than excellence
