They have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and data driven CSR (Corporate social responsibility) Assistant to join our client on either a full time or part time basis.

As the CSR Assistant you will have meticulous attention to detail and excellent relationship building skills, as you will be responsible in chasing data and information from across different departments to feed into the CSR reports required internally andexternally.

A passion for CSR would be highly beneficial, this is a brand-new role that has scope to grow and develop with the right person. A strong administrator and coordinator is essential to meet key deadlines in the CSR calendar.

The Impact you will have in this role is:
Research
- Data gathering assisted with for CSR presentations for the CSR Committee
- Information collated for reporting from their CSR partners and collaborators, feeding into their reporting systems and questionnaires
- Attend and represent the Group in ETI meetings and report back

Co-ordination and Administration
- Monthly workplan set by Buying Directors followed with reporting delivered to schedule
- CSR Committee meetings scheduled and coordinated, with meeting notes recorded and published
- Internal marketing communications updated with Group’s CSR efforts
- Group marketing information up to date with CSR strategy
- Budget information compiled for Board Director sign off
- Date collected and inputted for Higgs module and reported annually for UNFCCC
- Group Modern Slavery Report updated annually
- Data collected and inputted for annual ETI report
- Group CSR business plan initiatives followed up and coordinated across departments and brands with set objectives met

Data Collection & Analysis
- The Group’s global Scope 1,2 and 3 emissions compiled, recorded and analysed monthly
- Recycled fibre tonnage compiled and recorded for tax reporting and sustainability indexing

Communication
- Foreign offices/suppliers of CSR information and data liaised with and fed into reporting

Their future CSR Assistant will:

- Build great relationships, across teams at all levels with the ability to communicate ideas in a concise manner
- Ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them
- Excellent communicator - good presentation skills and ability to listen to and analyse different views and back up information with clear and logical perspective
- Good numerical and administrative skills - the ability to review and digest information to prepare clear, concise reports.
- Enthusiastic, highly organised with an ability to self-manage workload and deadlines
- Experience utilizing sustainability reporting systems e. CDP, Higgs - beneficial
- Computer literate - including strong PowerPoint presentation and Excel
- Experience working within a CSR team, ideally within clothing would be beneficial
- Experience of collating numerical and scientific data
- Keep up to date with ETI strategies and policies
