Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities: - Keep all public and common areas clean and well-maintained - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms - Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff Qualifications: - Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English - Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required Join our team as a Porter and be part of creating a clean and welcoming environment for all

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: £37,000.00-£39,000.00 per hour
