We have an exciting opportunity for a **Training Coordinator **to join our HR team at our Hoddesdon (Hertfordshire) site, assist our HR Lead Learning & Development in coordinating training and being the point of contact for training administration. - We offer a competitive salary and a progressive and comprehensive suite of employee benefits. - We offer state of the art working environment. - We offer the opportunity for growth and development and will support funding for relevant training and development programmes. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** The Training Coordinator will have responsibilities for: - Scheduling training sessions including arranging hospitality, liaising with trainers, making sure course materials are made available to all participants and ensuring the smooth running of all training sessions. - Helping with the management of our HRIS (Sage PRO) training module, to include: - Adding new training material - Monitoring completed training - Keeping training records up to date - Producing weekly, monthly, and annual training reports - Monitoring training requests - internal and external. - Supporting with producing and formatting of training materials. - Assisting with communication to all staff on training made available to them. - Liaising with line managers and delegates to ensure all staff are booked on required events within agreed timeframes. - Booking new starters onto all HR Compliance and New Starter/Career training programmes as part of their training plan. **Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills** - Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resources or any other related field - Accurate with a close attention to detail - Good stakeholder and relationship management - Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills - Reporting skills - Excellent planning and organization skills - Ability to multi-task, manage time, prioritise daily workload and accept changing priorities - High proficiency in the use of MS Office (especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - High proficiency with video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc) - Knowledge of survey / questionnaire software (surveymonkey, etc) **Desirable** - Proven experience as Training administrator - Understanding of training methods and techniques **Why Should You Apply?** - This is an opportunity for you as a recent graduate with an interest in L&D to step into an HR career. - Build and shape your career in an environment that sets and commits to the highest standards of Biological development. - To be part of a team who support each other, embrace and solve technical challenges and put excellence at the heart of all that we do. - Pharmaron is a premier R&D service company supporting the life sciences industry.
