**About the Role**

As a stores operative, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, storage and distribution of materials in accordance with company requirements.

**Main responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for receiving all stock and ensuring all stock is logged accurately within the company’s database
- To adhere to health and safety standards, quality standards, policies and procedures
- To inspect incoming stock to check quantity, quality and condition
- To continuously monitor stock levels
- To pick and sort all stock required for the production schedule
- To dispatch items using the appropriate courier
- To put kits together to go out to production
- To ensure the company database is kept up to date
- To perform accurate stock checks
- To ensure documentation is accurate and processed correctly
- To ensure safe and correct storage of stock in their areas
- To carry out 5S
- To report stores issues to the supervisor
- To provide improvement ideas to the Supervisor
- To collaborate with production and other departments where required
