Job Summary:
Total-Logistix Group, a rapidly expanding courier company, is seeking experienced multi-drop drivers to join our team. As a multi-drop driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to various locations. **Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to multiple locations within the designated area, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Conduct thorough route planning to optimize delivery efficiency, considering traffic conditions, delivery priorities, and time constraints.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling, weight distribution, and secure packaging of items.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any faults or issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Complete accurate delivery documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and proof of delivery forms.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.

**Requirements**:

- Valid UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Proven experience as a multi-drop driver, demonstrating a strong track record of timely and accurate deliveries.
- Excellent knowledge of local road networks and traffic patterns.
- Ability to plan routes efficiently, considering delivery priorities and time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and occasional weekends, as required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
