PMO Analyst - Hybrid Working - Up to £45k
On behalf of our market-leading client based in Bury, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic PMO Analyst. As PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for providing project and programme support to bothIT and Cross-Functional projects and programmes being delivered,paying attention to detail with the ability to write and review documentation to ensure that high-quality deliverables are produced.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for:

- Provide support to Project and Programme Managers and prepare weekly reports to submit to project teams and wider stakeholders.
- Support the management of the project backlog and prioritise strategic objectives.
- Maintain the purchase order and invoicing process and assist in creating and project budgets.
- Assist with capturing meeting minutes for key stakeholder meetings, project meetings and leadership forums.
- Support in collating PMO capacity and assist in managing resources across the team.
- Help to strengthen the portfolio and programme management within the team and assist with cross-functional programme reporting.
- Work closely with project and programme managers to support project risks, issues, decisions, and actions and provide reporting on all RAID logs.
- Facilitate governance meetings with programme and project managers to ensure all project governance is understood and captured throughout the project lifecycle

The PMO Analyst will have the following:

- Experience within a project or programme office in a relevant and influential role is essential.
- Highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment and plan/manage the time accordingly
- Ability to work from their own initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Diligent, focused and dependable, able to build strong relationships based on integrity
- Team player able to work constructively with other project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, business stakeholders and management
