We are looking for an experienced CRO Consultant to join this growing agency to work on new eCommerce store projects and existing client optimisations. The ultimate aim is to increase conversion rate alongside customer engagement, loyalty, and average order values.

What you will be doing

You will work closely with the client then the UX specialist and designers to curate the front-end experience of all stores. Focussing on the core metrics for the client, you will ensure that stores are built and launched successfully, adhering to our UX research/recommendations, best practices and your own research. You will be responsible for the overall customer journey throughout the store from home to checkout success.

You will also work on ongoing optimisation with split testing, reporting, and recommendations. You will work with the account management team, designers, and developers to bring your recommendations to life and ensure you can measure and report on performance to the client.

You will be working on new build projects from start to finish as well as existing store to improve their conversion rate. You will Plan, implement, test, and report on split testing campaigns as well as wireframing and prototyping.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven experience in a CRO specialist role
- Experience of eCommerce projects and google optimise platform
- Ability to form relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Confidence to present recommendations and reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Pro-active thinker to suggest and make improvements.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
