We are looking for a houseman who is a confident driver for an UHNW client in Kensington. You will be an all-rounder who possess a high level of handyman skills as well as top knowledge of London, from high end boutiques to restaurants to run errands. Youwill be a true team player, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

**Duties**:

- General assistance to the household team
- Shopping and errand running
- To identify and report maintenance and repair issues
- Complete DIY tasks across the household
- Liaise with contractors, security, gardeners etc.
- Driving the principals
- Happy to help with pet care (dog walking etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of London including boutiques, high end restaurants and roads
- Flexibility and a 'can do’ attitude
- Resourceful, able to use initiative, with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet is of high importance
- Dog and cat friendly
- Full UK Driving License

Live-Out

Hours: 10 hours a day, 5 days a week with the flexibility to work the weekends

**Salary**: up to £50k gpa
