We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Admin & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, highly organised & confident handling multiple complex administrative tasks simultaneously. Has a creative edge to support marketing and communications via social media and tools like Canva.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers enquiring about our swimming lessons — handling messages, answering questions, and guiding them through the booking process. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into confirmed bookings and supporting our brand through regular social media updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily administrative operations across multiple swim school venues.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings using our central booking system.

Must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks or priorities simultaneously

Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.

Follow up with leads who haven’t yet booked.

Communicate with swim instructors about new swimmers and lesson placements.

Manage class bookings and schedules with confidence and accuracy to gather feedback and provide timely updates to customers

Prepare and maintain internal trackers and Booking systems

About You:
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident using online booking platforms, Excel, and other admin tools

Excellent customer service skills

Sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for admin tasks

Target-driven and motivated to exceed sales goals

Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
