You day will consist of:

- Induction training for new members of staff
- Prepare training material such as videos, manuals and guides
- Test new systems and give feedback
- Create a competency framework
- Manage the training diary for training sessions
- Communicate new updates and changes through the company
- Visit offices to deliver 1-2-1 training as required
- Deliver training via the Teams platform
- Log calls
- Support the helpdesk with any training related queries
- Ensure security is adhered to
- Monitor the success of training and platforms used to tweak in the future
- Keep in touch with new starters and be available for any questions or help needed
- Training administration

**Experience**:
As I mentioned you don’t have to have been a trainer before to apply, great if you have but by no means essential the last person in this role was a Legal Secretary.

What is essential is your knowledge of the legal world, you may have been a paralegal or a secretary and have a fantastic understanding of the industry including systems and terminology but would like to try something new. Full training will be provided for you.
