**About Me**

**I am a young man with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am searching for new teams within my location and services. I am active and enjoy many activities, but tend I to need lots of motivation and support to do this. I like being introduced to new things and will often participate but only for short periods. Things I enjoy in my timetable are baking, coloring and playing Mario Kart.**

Contributing towards meeting the physical, personnel, emotional, social, cultural, religious, and educational/employment needs of the individual clients. Providing consistent working practices in line with agreed care plans and risk assessments

**Current Location Paid £13.00 per hour.**

**Person Specification**
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently is vital for this role
- Knowledge about Autism awareness
- Applicants must be available to do at least 1 sleep per week

**Duties will include**:

- Contributing towards meeting the physical, personnel, emotional, social, cultural, religious, and educational/employment needs of the individual clients. Providing consistent working practices in line with agreed care plans and risk assessments.
- This is a very rewarding role and would be ideal for individuals who want to make a difference.
- Full training will be given prior to starting

Immediate starts for applicants with a transferable DBS once all training is completed.

**Experience**:

- Challenging behaviour: 1 year (preferred)
