Our organisation is currently seeking a **Compliance Administrator** to help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently.

**FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete compliance checks - such as driving, criminal record checks, references for new CareGivers
- Work with our Training Co-ordinator to ensure all new and existing staff are booked and complete the correct training
- Ensure client assessments are scheduled with our Care Management team
- Manage the eLearning system and HR system to ensure all compliance is up to date
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all administrative functions of a small-to-medium size company.
- Arrange travel plans and book travel reservations for managers and executives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
